Booking, cancellation and refund terms

• Cancel up to 2 hours before the appointment for a full refund of anything you paid online, to the same payment method, within 5–7 working days.
• Cancelling later than that, or not attending, means the online payment is not refunded. The clinic can still see you if you arrive late, at its discretion.
• If the clinic cancels, you get a full refund automatically.
• Pay at clinic: nothing is charged now; the clinic collects its fee at the visit.
• The fee is set by the clinic and shown exactly; the Platform adds no charge to it.

Who you are dealing with

The consultation is provided by the clinic named on the doctor's profile, which sets the fee and keeps your medical record. The Platform is operated by Marg ERP Ltd, Mumbai, as an intermediary: it lists doctors who chose to be listed and writes your booking into the clinic's own calendar. It is not a clinic and gives no medical advice.
