How search results are ranked

1. Only doctors who chose to be listed, whose registration the Platform verified, and whose clinic was verified (where the state requires clinic registration) appear.
2. Results are filtered by what you asked for (specialty or condition, location, and the filters you set). If you share your location without typing an area, doctors within 25 km of you are shown.
3. They are then ordered by: (1) whether the doctor has a bookable slot matching your filters in the next 14 days, (2) the earliest day with such a slot, (3) if you shared your location, the distance from you to the clinic, (4) the earliest slot time, (5) an exact match on your locality or PIN code, (6) years since registration, and (7) name, alphabetically.
4. Your location is used only for that search. It is not stored or linked to you.
5. Nobody can pay to be placed higher. There are no ratings or reviews. Fees are shown exactly as the clinic set them.

The same search gives the same order for everyone. This page changes only when the rules change, with the date shown here. Last updated 27 September 2026.
