Build your profile
Add where you practise (your own clinic, clinics you visit, or online only), timings, fees, education and experience.
We verify you
Our operations team checks your registration with the medical council register, and your clinic's establishment registration where your state requires it. Usually within 2 working days.
Go live
Your profile is published and patients can book. You can pause or leave the listing at any time; confirmed bookings are honoured.
Nothing is public before verification. If your registration changes, your profile is checked again before it shows. Patients see how you were verified on your profile.

Questions doctors ask
Is the listing really free?
Yes. The Practice plan costs nothing and has no expiry. There is no fee per booking and no commission. You pay only if you choose to upgrade to MargDoc Pro for the full clinic software.
Can I pay to appear higher in search?
No. Nobody can. Platform ranks every doctor by the same published rules (availability first), and there are no ratings or reviews.
What do you check before my profile goes live?
Your medical registration (council and number) and, where your state requires it, your clinic's establishment registration. Profile text and photos are checked against our content policy: no claims of cures, guarantees or comparisons.
I consult at more than one clinic. Can I list all of them?
Yes. Add each clinic you visit with its own timings. Patients see every location on your profile and book the one they want.
I only consult online. Can I list?
Yes. Choose online only: your profile shows video and audio consultations, without a clinic address, and patients from any city can find you when they look for an online consultation.
Who owns the patient records?
You do. Bookings land in your MargDoc calendar; patient records stay in your account and are never shown on this site.
Can I move to MargDoc Pro later?
Yes, in one step from your account. Everything you already have (patients, appointments, profile) stays.
Marg invited me to claim my profile. What does that mean?
Marg may invite doctors it knows to list. Nothing about you is public until you sign up and are verified. If the invitation is not for you, use "Not me / remove my details" on the invitation page and your details are deleted.
